The comprehensive Jaeger Sports program for arm strength and conditioning is clearly explained and demonstrated step by step in the DVD video Thrive on Throwing. Featuring two of Alan Jaeger’s long-time students, major league baseball players Mike Lieberthal and John Synder. Through arm circles, surgical tubing exercise, and proper throwing mechanics, you will learn the necessary steps that must be taken to ensure arm health, endurance, and recovery period. The last portion of the video covers Alan’s trademark Long Toss program that is the core of developing arm strength, arm speed, and release point consistency and mental focus.
